Welcome to Pantry Cure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pantrycure.com, Pantry Doc, pantry-based wellness suggestions, account features, Premium features, email check-ins, Wellness Guides, support services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Important: Pantry Cure provides general wellness information only. Pantry Doc does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional medical care. For severe, worsening, persistent, sudden, or urgent symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, seek emergency help immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Pantry Cure. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

Pantry Cure provides Pantry Doc, an AI-powered wellness companion that can generate general pantry-based wellness suggestions, respond to user prompts, save account history, use profile information when provided, send automated check-ins, process email replies, and prepare weekly Wellness Guides for eligible users.

The Services may include guest access, trial access, Premium membership, account dashboards, profile features, saved Pantry Doc history, email check-ins, email replies, Wellness Guides, support forms, public remedy pages, and related features.

The Services are intended for everyday general wellness support. They are not medical services.

3. No Medical Advice

Pantry Doc and Pantry Cure do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or medication instructions.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or unsuitable for your allergies, medications, health conditions, age, or other circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggestion is appropriate for you.

Do not ignore, delay, or replace professional medical care because of anything provided by the Services. For severe, worsening, persistent, sudden, unusual, or urgent symptoms, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authority and that use is appropriate for that person.

Parents or guardians should supervise use by minors and should consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional for health-related concerns involving children.

5. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information updated, and protect your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support promptly.

6. Premium, Trials, and Subscriptions

Premium features may include saved Pantry Doc history, profile-aware suggestions, dashboard access, morning check-ins, evening check-ins, weekly Wellness Guides, email replies, and related features.

Free trials may be offered from time to time. Trial availability, length, access, and feature limits may change. A trial does not guarantee continued free access after the trial period ends.

If you upgrade to a paid subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue a paid subscription.

7. Pantry Doc Emails and Replies

Premium features may include automated Pantry Doc emails such as morning check-ins, evening check-ins, and weekly Wellness Guides. You may also be able to reply to Pantry Doc emails so Pantry Doc can process your reply and continue the conversation.

You can turn morning check-ins, evening check-ins, and weekly Wellness Guides on or off from the Account page.

Do not use Pantry Doc email replies for emergencies, urgent medical issues, medication instructions, or time-sensitive health concerns.

8. User Content

You may submit prompts, profile details, preferences, pantry information, wellness goals, support messages, email replies, and other content to the Services ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Pantry Cure a limited license to use, process, store, transmit, display, and generate outputs from your User Content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Services.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to provide.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You must not:

10. AI-Generated Content

Pantry Doc uses AI systems to generate responses. AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and general wellness purposes only. Individual results may vary.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, website design, software, text, graphics, logos, templates, public pages, and related materials are owned by Pantry Cure or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the Services without written permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services, such as AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics or diagnostics tools, and payment processors. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, their availability, or their practices.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may change, limit, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Services at any time. We may also modify limits, features, pricing, access rules, email behavior, AI providers, and Premium benefits.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Pantry Doc suggestions will be accurate, safe, effective, appropriate, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantry Cure and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pantry Cure and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Services, failed to pay required fees, or used the Services in a way that could harm us, users, or third parties.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented with specific features, make up the agreement between you and Pantry Cure regarding the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or other transfer.
