These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website pantrycure.com (the "Site"), our AI-powered natural remedies tool, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pantry Cure. We may update these Terms at any time, with changes posted here and the "Last Updated" date revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Pantry Cure provides an AI-driven platform for generating general natural remedy suggestions based on user inputs like symptoms or available ingredients. Premium features may include enhanced access or additional tools. We integrate third-party services such as xAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for usage insights, and Amazon affiliate links for product recommendations. We do not display advertisements on the Site.

User inputs and generated suggestions remain your property, but by using the Services, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such data to improve our AI models (anonymized where possible).
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites or services (e.g., Stripe, Amazon). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantry Cure, its affiliates, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but these Terms' provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, liability) will.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Halifax County.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely.
